• A. No. NEVER use the nutribullet cups to make hot soups or beverages.

• A. No. NEVER use the nutribullet cups to mix carbonated liquids.

Q. How often do i need to charge the nutribullet Flex?

• A. The Flex runs 11+ 30-second blending cycles per full charge, depending on the ingredients used. The Flex takes about 2 hours to charge.

Q. Am I able to use my current nutribullet cups and blades on the new nutribullet range?

• A. No. Only accessories made for the Portable Blender are compatible.

Q. How do I clean my Flex?

• A.The Blade Block, Sip Lid with Carry Loop, and Blending Cup are top rack dishwasher-safe. You can also hand-wash with warm, soapy water and rinse clean. If ingredient contact with Motor Base occurs, wipe clean with a damp cloth. The Silicone Charge Port Cover protects against liquid ingress. NOTE: The Motor Base is NOT dishwasher safe.

Q. What is the warranty period for the nutribullet?

• A. The nutribullet comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with your nutribullet and the warranty has ended, please contact our customer service team.

• A. It may be that the seal has dislodged from its position or damaged. Please contact our customer service team to discuss this further.
